| The stock OEM bellhousing should never be used behind a high horsepower, high rpm engine. Lakewood safety bellhousings are hydroformed from premium quality steel for uniform thickness which gives superior strength. They are precision machined to ensure correct bolt hole and center bore alignment and all threaded inserts are mig-welded in place. These bellhousings meet SFI 6.1 specifications and are legal for all major race sanctioning bodies. Don't take any chances with your own safety, Lakewood bellhousings are made just for the purpose of containing the destructive effects of a clutch or flywheel explosion! | |||||
