Flaming River FR1005 Battery Disconnect Big Switch w/lock-out

Flaming River FR1005 Big Switch is the top of the line and is designed for complex electrical systems and 16 volt batteries. It's rated at 250 amps continuous service and 2500 amps for 5 second surges. It is spring loaded, vibration resistant, and waterproof. It has an easy to grip "T" handle, an anodized aluminum bracket, and zinc plated mounting hardware. The "Big Switch" has been approved for competition use by most race sanctioning bodies including the IHRA and NHRA. FR1005 includes a lock-out bracket which permits the use of a padlock in the "off" position to positively lock the electrical system off to prevent accidental activation during maintenance. It complies with OSHA lock-out/tag-out regulation 1910.147.
