The new Professional Products 54061 Typhoon intake system for the 4.6L Ford Mustang from Professional Products was designed in conjunction with Rick Anderson of Anderson Ford Motorsports. It has been dyno tested and proven to produce 21.5 more rear wheel horsepower at 6500 rpm than the stock manifold and more torque from 4000 rpm and up. It features a unique three-piece design that allows easy access to the bottom and middle of the plenum chamber and runners for those who want to do their own porting and fine tuning. It is a bolt on replacement and uses the stock alternator and other accessory brackets. It can be used on 1996-1998 engines if the 1999 or later heads are used.
