The only way to be sure your intake manifold seals properly and remains sealed under the stresses of racing or high performance street use is with the use of ARP intake manifold bolts. ARP's high quality intake manifold bolts are rated to a nominal tensile strength of 170,000 psi which is greater than grade 8. The threads are precision machined for perfect thread alignment. Each bolt has a generously flanged 3/8 head for even loading to help prevent manifold leaks, and comes with a precision ground hardened washer that prevents galling of your aluminum manifold and produces accurate torque readings. They are available in black oxide chrome moly steel or stainless steel and your choice of hex or 12 point heads.
